Bokeh Fire Lens Rentals is proudly based in Philadelphia. We make it super easy to use great photography gear - check out our awesome lenses today! Years ago, a young photographer got tired of saving all his money to buy lenses. Quality lenses were expensive, and he never knew which one to choose. There had to be a better way - a way for photographers to use professional gear without going broke. Bokeh Fire was born. The mission: to provide all photographers with simple, affordable rentals of high quality DSLR lenses. Bokeh Fire is still the only online subscription lens rental service. Today, we rent lenses for Canon and Nikon cameras to photographers all over the US. Our unique monthly rentals allow us to be much more affordable while providing the same great lenses to our Members. We are happily based in Philadelphia, PA and we ship all over the continental US, because everyone should be able to use great lenses.

Branton Strategies helps local governments, community development corporations and other non-profit organizations develop successful strategies for combatting blight and returning vacant, abandoned and tax-delinquent properties to productive use. Winnie Branton is the Principal of Branton Strategies LLC and serves as an independent consultant to the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania. She wrote The Pennsylvania Land Bank Resource Guide, a comprehensive guide for local and county governments to assess whether a land bank is right for their community and, if so, how to proceed with planning, funding, organizing, and operating a land bank. The Guide was published by the Housing Alliance in May 2016. Prior to establishing Branton Strategies in 2014, Winnie practiced environmental and land use law in the public and private sectors for more than 15 years, advising clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, land development, remediation, community relations, and government affairs.
