Water Logs, LLC does nothing but inspections and maintenance of stormwater management practices (SMPs). We have experience with all types of SMPs, including rain gardens, swales, green roofs, subsurface basins, etc. Our focus is on green infrastructure and helping the City of Philadelphia with its success in the Green City, Clean Waters program. We currently maintain the largest Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) sponsored SMP in the City. Our team has an extensive working knowledge of PWD regulations and SMP Operations and Maintenance (O&M) requirements. Most of our service contracts match the length of PWD’s O&M Agreement for SMPs, so the City’s interests are protected. Property owners participating in the Water Logs’ maintenance program experience cost benefits in many ways: • They do not incur any additional stormwater related expenses for repairs. • They are eligible for ongoing PWD stormwater credits through proper SMP operations and maintenance. • In-house engineers provide certified plans and reports as part of our comprehensive service. Finally, we use GPS technology for inspections and provide online access to view reports and pictures.
