2401 Walnut has undergone an extensive green renovation including high performance windows, new mechanical systems, a green roof, and a 17,500 gallon rainwater cistern that serves toilet flushing needs. Our own space implements environmental best practices for optimal occupant health, productivity and environmental performance. Both the building and the space are pursuing LEED Platinum green building certifications.

The main entrance to the building is at 24th and Sansom Streets, and we’re located next to the main lobby, through the glass entry to the right.
