Branton Strategies helps local governments form and operate land banks.  Winnie Branton is the Principal of Branton Strategies LLC.  She wrote The Pennsylvania Land Bank Resource Guide, a comprehensive guide for local and county governments to assess whether a land bank is right for their community and, if so, how to proceed with planning, funding, organizing, and operating a land bank.  The Guide was published by the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania in May 2016.

Prior to establishing Branton Strategies in 2014, Winnie practiced environmental and land use law in the public and private sectors for more than 15 years, advising clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, land development, remediation, community relations, and government affairs.
